1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bat33 platform, including the website at bat33.pro, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, betting markets, casino games, promotional materials and support services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the bat33 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bat33 ("the Company"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. bat33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a bat33 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. bat33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close your account if any criterion is found not to be met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. Players in Bangladesh access bat33 on the basis of personal responsibility for compliance with their local regulations.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register, nor have previously been self-excluded from bat33 during a period in which your exclusion remains active.
• You must register and operate only one individual bat33 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party. Use of the bat33 Platform on behalf of another person is prohibited.

bat33 complies with responsible gaming best practices. Players who are aware they have a gambling problem, or who are accessing the Platform on behalf of someone with a gambling problem, are requested not to register or continue using bat33 and to seek appropriate support.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with bat33. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. bat33 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat33 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. bat33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must promptly notify bat33 support if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at [email protected] for immediate assistance.
• bat33 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Reasonable advance notice will be provided where practicable before an inactive account is closed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

bat33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. bat33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; funds must originate from an account registered in the name of the bat33 account holder.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no platform-side processing fee on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. bat33 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals.
• bat33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is required, the withdrawal may be held pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed in relation to funds that have been the subject of genuine gambling activity. bat33 reserves the right to decline withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• All transactions are recorded in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

bat33 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile banking provider. In the event that a deposit does not credit to your bat33 account within 30 minutes of a confirmed mobile banking transaction, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5Bonuses & Promotions

bat33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have met all applicable KYC verification requirements. bat33 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds from unverified accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• bat33 reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend any promotion at any time. bat33 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of any material changes to an active promotion where practicable.
• Players who are suspected of abusing the bat33 bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.

6Responsible Gaming

bat33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. bat33 strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 21 years and actively monitors account activity for signs of problem gambling.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders from their account settings to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude their bat33 account for a defined period. Self-exclusion may be requested directly through the account dashboard or by contacting the support team.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their bat33 account on responsible gaming grounds may request permanent closure by contacting [email protected]. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reinstated.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance and any pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle, including during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one bat33 account, including using a different name, address, email address, payment method or device to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purposes, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage in any game, or manipulate betting markets.
• Abusing the bat33 bonus or promotional system, including coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify or interfere with the bat33 Platform, its underlying software, or any game supplied by a third-party provider.

bat33 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any investigation involving prohibited activities on the Platform. Account balances associated with suspected prohibited activity may be frozen pending the outcome of any such investigation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bat33 Platform — including but not limited to the bat33 brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, images, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of bat33 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in or to any intellectual property belonging to bat33 or its providers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any bat33 content without the prior written permission of bat33. Any unauthorised use of bat33 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat33 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the bat33 Platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from a third-party payment provider's failure to process a deposit or withdrawal in a timely manner.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access, including during scheduled maintenance windows or as a result of circumstances beyond bat33's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. bat33 provides a gambling service; by definition, gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. bat33 does not guarantee winnings or the absence of losses.

10Privacy & Data Protection

bat33 collects, stores and processes personal data as described in the bat33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. bat33 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

11Amendments to These Terms

bat33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bat33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and contact [email protected] if you wish to close your account.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bat33 operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of bat33 complies with their local laws and regulations.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process.
